Namche Bazar- Debuche 3880  
It was a long trek! We decided not to use any help of porters along the way and I literally felt the weight of this decision. My backpack weights exactly 20% of my body mass and it kept me very grounded all the way uphill.

We’ve spent many hours trekking through the woods so the monastery at top of the hill in Tengboche was a real highlight of the day.  

   
Of course we stayed in a lodge with a view!  

 From now on it’s less degrees, less wifi and less shower.
